The production arm of this internal agency will be the driving force behind the next generation of virtual/mixed/augmented reality experiences, live performance, and visual effects.
We are seeking an Executive Producer of Studio to lead production and post-production workflow and facilities. This role will head up the day-to-day management of productions and also the longer-term objectives for growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage project intake for jobs coming into IGPL with Account Managers and customers where appropriate
  • Executive produce designated projects coming into IGPL
  • Assign a team to incoming projects and oversee the execution
  • Manage departmental budget and track project budget and spends
  • Bolster and continue to develop in house production and post production offerings
  • Oversee studio personnel such as line producers, production managers, editors, designers and others both staff and freelance
  • Report to Sr. Creative Content Executive with and collaborate with them on maintenance and high level decision making for the department
  • Serve as On-Site Manager for all Contingent Workers assigned to the studio. Be the primary point of contact for introductions, onboarding, conflict resolution, performance management and development
  • Assure that all contracted talent is compliant with CW policy including security, legal and ethics protocol
  • Approve timesheets, vacation requests, and expense reports
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for full time studio employees, with oversight from the Sr. Creative Content Executive
  • Contribute to a productive work culture, fostering an environment of motivation, growth and fun
  • Identify top level talent in various production and post production roles to maintain the highest quality of content
  • Maintain high level relationships with vendors
  • Monitor client and production budgets to stay on schedule and on budget
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads and Producers to design and implement a workflow for each project. Adhere to best practices and maintain cutting edge technical infrastructure for multiple locations with shared media assets
  • Approve project estimates and timelines before production begins
  • Identify top local and key market talent for open positions in a competitive high achieving agency environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency representatives, company executives and a wide variety of creative talent and clients
  • Lead and energize the team while nurturing individuals with a goal of strong collaboration, productivity and brilliant work

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in video production
  • Previous experience managing a dynamic and highly productive studio, managing large teams and overseeing large-scale productions
  • Experience in VR and/or AR production a plus
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High level of sense of urgency; Actively listens to others and acts upon information gained
  • A depth of technical knowledge in production and post-production is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of company tech or a willingness to obtain it
