Creative, self-motivated designer responsible for conceptualizing, developing and delivering 2D and 3D motion graphics for web, video and print projects.
Support overall efforts of the creative team
Translate and extend the vision of the internal clients, while pitching concepts and ideas to stakeholders
Collaboratively executes innovative projects through solid design layout and ensures projects are completed within deadlines and parameters
Collect, read, interpret and use related reference and client briefs to deliver their message
Proactively participate in any other initiatives (i.e. documenting processes, customer education, collecting data for KPIs)
Consistently produce digital images that are within established client standards
Strong compositional skills
Make creative decisions based on written scripts or input from client, and ensure quality-control and consistency on final project
Hands-on experience creating original content using Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Media Encoder, and 3D applications like Maxon Cinema 4D and AutoDesk Maya.
Proficient at creating green/blue screen compositions, using multiple keying techniques and software plug-ins.
Strong creative, organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills (face-to-face and written)
Excellent time management skills
Must be self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and focused determination
Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and support team member
Creative and detail-oriented
Performs well under pressure and delivers on tight deadline
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, photography, communication, film, visual arts, related or comparable work experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in graphic design, producing 2D and 3D motion graphics for video, web and print products
