Can work independently and with a creative team, create and deliver effective video stories and build relationships in a fast-paced, high-end corporate video environment. Health, Medical and/or Advertising Agency preferred.

  • Produce substantive video productions from concept through completion
  • Conduct client discovery, proactively research, write scripts and treatments for interviews, long form, short form, training, marketing and other corporate video
  • Collaborate with staff and clients or work individually to develop original, thematic, and appropriate treatments, concepts and scripts for corporate video projects
  • Oversee all phases of projects including pre-production, production and post-production including: creative brief and direction, research, scriptwriting/storyboarding, technical planning, voice-overs, editing, special effects, graphics.  Oversee studio and field production.
  • Interface with client and client staff; work closely with team to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
  • Interview subjects on or off camera. Provide guidance to non-actor talent to achieve strong on- camera performances
  • Manage crucial stages of the project such as discovery, shoot days, key edit days, client approvals, final delivery and follow up
  • Edit raw footage together, add graphics, sweeten audio and color correct as needed
  • Work quickly and accurately, following company branding guidelines
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules
  • The position will interface directly with Executive Staff and Management and therefore this person must be comfortable with high level / pressure and performance
  • Supervise and mentor other crew members as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be Proficient in using Premiere and Avid editing systems and After Effects
  • Proficient of design and Motion Graphics
  • Experience working in Health and/or Medical is a plus
  • Must be able to effectively articulate creative vision to team members, management, and clients, and execute accordingly
  • Must be a proactive, creative problem solver. Know how to stretch a dollar without sacrificing quality.

  • Outstanding customer service orientation including professional presence and superior client relationship skills
  • Proficient and forward-thinking with modern digital video production, equipment and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including script writing

  • Ability to work effectively with senior management, production colleagues in a corporate environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in corporate communications
  • Able to provide impressive samples that demonstrate producing work for major clients
