Seeking dynamic, self-motivated, externally-focused team member to develop new multimedia production, AV, and event production clients, assess needs for talent and resources, schedule and fulfill project requests and develop relationships with prospective clients and talent.

  • Actively work to identify, develop and maintain relationships with corporate and creative clients, and a wide variety of creative and technical talent around the country
  • Attend business development meetings and presentations; Participate in external company initiatives and marketing efforts
  • Serve as a point-of-contact/account lead for incoming client requests and requests for quotes and proposals
  • Manage logistics, schedule and hire crew, book equipment and provide outstanding customer service for client video, AV and multimedia productions nationwide
  • Deliver accurate contracts, documents and files pertaining to talent representation and client bookings and ensure they are properly executed
  • Recruit & interview new applicants and resources for the talent database; participate in national recruiting efforts for creative & technical personnel
  • Create accurate invoicing, tracking & reporting
  • Interface internally with Business Services & Recruiting Departments
  • Work in the most proactive, creative and professional manner to provide the highest level of client service possible

  • Effectively conduct business face to face, on the phone, via email and video
  • Demonstrates professional, proactive and friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of a variety of productions and crewing experience
  • Immediate responsiveness to client requests; Perform well under pressure
  • Experience managing/negotiating production project costs
  • Ability to mediate and resolve challenging production situations
  • Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; strong attention to detail
  • Passion for business development, networking and building connections
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
  • Proficiency with MS Office; able to create forms, tables, charts and formulas
  • Accurate typing ability and able to quickly learn new software systems, familiarity with social media platforms and platform a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Media, Communications, Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience
  • Sales, Human Resources, payroll, staffing experience helpful, but not required
